What is the shipping time?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. VAT is included in all shipping costs. Please note that holiday seasons and sales may impact delivery times.

For orders inside the Netherlands the shipping time is 4-5 days.

What is our return policy?

Our return policy lets you send back items you haven't used within 14 days after they arrive. You can open the package and check what's inside. Once we get the item back, we'll give you your money back as soon as we can. Note that we can only accept returns for things that are unused, not washed, still have the original labels on them, and are in the original packaging. Some things like underwear, socks and swimwear can't be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless they're damaged.

How can I return an order?

Please send an email to info@angelsfromearth.nl and indicate the reason, the product(s), and whether you would like to exchange or return the products. 

You have 14 days to return your order after the delivery. Orders must be returned unused and in the original packaging still attached. Furthermore, items have to be unwashed and with all labels still attached. Return costs are not covered by Angels From Earth. The costs for exchanging a product are free.

When will I get my refund?

We'll give you your money back for returns as quickly as we can, and at most within 14 days of your items being delivered. We always refund the money to the same bank account, credit card, or PayPal account you used to buy the items.

My order is damaged, what should I do?

We’re sorry that the item that you purchased is damaged. To send the item back please follow the return steps. Return costs for faulty items are covered by Angels from Earth.

Return shipments are at your own expense.
